    The confluence of this unique location combined with traditional processing, the Sidamo handpicked beans from southern Ethiopia and produced from distinctive Ethiopian varieties that are indigenous to the region known for where coffees first originated. Produced by local villagers on small garden plots mixed in with food and other subsistence crops
