This speciality Emirati Coffee contains 100% Arabica roasted beans of 85+ Grade sourced from Ley Estate in Karnataka, India. The country is renowned for its coffee grown under major native trees for filter shade, which enhances the unique taste profile. Also grown at higher altitudes, it has unique properties and sought after for its flavor and characteristics. And in this estate, they selectively hand pick only the ripe red cherries to ensure the premium quality. It also has its own pulping machines and dries the fully washed beans on a sun-soaked drying yard. And after being imported to UAE, these beans are roasted in high-end facilities in order to highlight the unique natural occurring flavours.
